Closed executive session
The city council met in closed executive session pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3
to conduct the city manager’s annual performance evaluation.
Mayor Mohamed called the closed executive session to order at 6:37 p.m.
Council members present: Mayor Nadia Mohamed, Daniel Bashore, Jim Engelking, Sue Budd,
Tim Brausen, Yolanda Farris
Council members absent: Paul Baudhuin
Staff present: City manager (Ms. Keller), HR director (Ms. Vorpahl)
Guest: Georgine Madden, Consultant
The city council exited the closed session at 9:01 p.m.
