Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated February 20, 2018, Ti -Zack Concrete, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the 2018 random concrete repairs project, as per Contra ct No. 31-18. 2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $173,150.01. 4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $8,657.50 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
