HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-007 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2019/01/07Resolution No. 19-007 Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work for the Rec Center partial roof and exterior rehabilitation project City Project Nos. 24185018 and 24185024 Contract No. 101-18 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the city dated July 20, 2018, Palmer West Construction Company, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the Rec Center partial roof and exterior rehabilitation project, as per Contract No. 101-18. 2. The Operations and Recreation Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $509,238.20. 4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $128,538.20 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
