Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 17, 2017, G. L. Contracting, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the Connect the Park sidewalk project, as per contract no. 61-17. 2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $856,749.76. 4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $25,702.49 on the ,saptract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. Reviewed f%r Aldministration: Thomas`k.
