Resolution No. 25-091
Accepting a donation from Community Charities of MN
for police K9 officer expenses
Whereas, the City of St. Louis Park is required by State Statute to authorize acceptance
of any donations; and
Whereas, the city council must also ratify any restrictions placed on the donation by the
donor; and
Whereas, Community Charities of MN compensated up to $2,500 in costs for the
police department’s expenses related to the police K9 officers,
Now therefore be it resolved, by the city council of the City of St. Louis Park that the gift
is hereby accepted with thanks to Community Charities of MN with the understanding that it
will be used for expenses related to the police K9 officer expenses.
