HomeMy WebLinkAbout24-087 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2024/08/05 Resolution No. 24-087 Authorizing final payment and accepting work for the Rotary Northside Park Water Quality Improvement project (4022-4001) City Project No. 4022-4001 Contract No. 29-24 Be it resolved by the city council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the city dated February 5, 2024, New Look Contracting, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the Rotary Northside Park Water Quality Improvement project, as per Contract No. 29-24. 2. The engineering director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $382,739.29. 4. The city manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $3,827.39 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
