1.Convene the local board of appeal and equalization.
The St.Lo uis Park local bo ard of ap peal and equalizatio n convened at 6:05 p.m .
2.Roll call -declaration of quorum .

3.Appointment of 2024 chair
It w as m o ved by board m em ber Bra usen,seconded by board m em ber Farris,to appoint board
m em ber Sue Bud d as chair of the 2024 loca l board of appeal and equalization m eeting.
The m o tion passed 6-0 (Board M em ber D um alag absent).
4.Acknow ledgem ent of trained m em ber(s)(Budd and M oham ed).
The bo ard acknow ledged bo ard m em bers Budd and M o ham ed as trained m em bers.
5.Accept roster of appellants and call for any additions.
It w as m o ved by board m em ber Bra usen,seconded by board m em ber M oham ed,to accept the
roster of app ellan ts as presented .
The m otion passed 6-0 (Board M em ber Oum alag absent).
6.Determ ination of date and tim e fo r continued proceedings (reconvene).
It w as m o ved by board m em b er Bra usen,second ed by board m em ber M oham ed,to reconvene
the local board of appeal and equalization on April 15,2024,at 5:30 p.m .and to request
app ellants to present in w riting ahead of tim e and be available for questions during the April 15,
2024,reconvened m eeting.
The m o tion passed 6-0 (Board M em ber D um alag absent).

7.Instruct assessor to:
a.Inform appellants for reconvene date via telephone and mail
b.Inform appellants of board process
c.Inform appellants of the county board application date (5/22/2024)
d.Re-inspect and re-appraise parcels under appeal
8.Completion of the local board certification form.
The board completed the local board of appeal and equalization certification form.The form as
completed is also included as an addendum to these minutes.
9.Recess
It was moved by board member Brausen,seconded by board member Mohamed,to recess until
April 15,2024,at 5:30 p.m.
The motion passed 6-0 (Board Member Dumalag absent).
