Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work for
the 2023 concrete replacement project
City Project No. 4023-0003
Contract No. 50-23
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 3, 2023, Create Construction LLC
has satisfactorily completed the 2023 concrete replacement project, as per Contract No.
50-23.
2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost
is $173,925.19.
4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $12,364.21 on this
contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
