Regarding: Evaluation of City Manager
Date: November 4, 1999
Larry Bakken will be meeting with the Council on Monday, November 8 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.
He will bring with him the compiled results from the surveys which you and the Department
Heads completed. Due to scheduling difficulties he was not able to get the report out in advance
but will be providing it and going through it in detail with you on Monday.
Larry has already met with me this week to review his notes and solicit my comments and
responses. He will incorporate those comments into his report to you. As agreed, I will not be
present during this session on Monday.
The meeting will be held in the Third Floor Conference Room. Box lunches will be available for
the Council.
Once again, I thank you for the time and effort that you have put into this evaluation.
