HomeMy WebLinkAbout23-040 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2023/03/20Resolution No. 23-040 Resolution amending the 2023 water utility fund budget and the 2023 solid waste utility fund budget Whereas, The City of St. Louis Park is required by Charter and State law to approve a resolution setting forth an annual tax levy to the Hennepin County Auditor; and Whereas, Minnesota Statutes currently in force require approval of a property tax levy and a budget in December of each year; and Whereas, the City Council has received the budget information and formally adopted the 2023 budget for all funds on December 19, 2022. Whereas, there is a need to amend the 2023 water utility fund budget and the 2023 solid waste utility fund budget to reflect the original intent of the budgets based on the financial software system budgets.
