HomeMy WebLinkAbout23-005 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2023/01/03Resolution No. 23-005 Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work for the Alley Reconstruction project City Project No. 4022-1500 Contract No. 64-22 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the city dated April 18, 2022, G.L. Contracting, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the annual alley reconstruction project, as per contract no. 64 - 22. 2. The engineering director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $690,271.56. 4. The city manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $34,864.11 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
