MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioner Catherine Johnson, Commissioners David Gorski,
Commissioner Catherine Courtney, Commissioner Paul Beck
MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioner Richard Webb
STAFF PRESENT: Marney Olson, Michele Schnitker
1. Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m.
2. Approval of Minutes – Minutes approved for the October 11, 2017 Housing Authority Board
meeting. Motion to approve made by Commissioner Gorski and seconded by Commissioner
Beck. Motion passed 4 - 0
3. Hearings – Housing Authority Five-Year Agency Plan – Public Hearing
Ms. Schnitker reviewed the Five –Year Agency Plan. No action was required by the board.

5. Unfinished Business – None
6. New Business
a. Approval of Civil Rights Certifications, Resolution No. 673 – Ms. Schnitker asked the board
to approve the annual Civil Rights Certification. Motion to approve made by Commissioner
Gorski and Commissioner Beck. Motion passed 4-0.
b. Approval of Public Housing Budget Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2018, Resolution No.
674 – Ms. Schnitker reviewed the proposed 2018 Public Housing operating budget and
recommended that the board approve the Public Housing Budget Fiscal Year Ending
December 31, 2018. Motion to approve made by Commissioner Beck and seconded by
Commissioner Johnson. Motion passed 4-0.
c. Financial Audit Services for FYE 2017– Ms. Schnitker recommended that the board accept
the bid for financial audit services from Redpath for a five year contract period which
includes fiscal years 2017 through 2020. Motion to approve made by Commissioner Gorski
and seconded by Commissioner Johnson. Motion passed 4-0.

Commissioner Gorski moved to adjourn the meeting, and Commissioner Beck seconded; the
motion passed 4-0. The meeting was adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
