HomeMy WebLinkAbout9 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1955/01/174 RESOLUTION - NO. 7 Adopted January 10, 1955 The following resolution having been read by the Clerk, it was moved by Councilman Jorvig, seconded by Councilman Davis that said resolution be adopted by unanimous vote of all Members of•the Council present: RESOLUTION RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the Minneapolis Street Railway Company be hereby granted permission to operate a temporary extension of its Bryn Mawr bus line from 26th Street At France Avenue, along France Avenue to Lake Street -within the corporate boundaries of said City. RESOLUTION - No. 8 The following Councilman Jorvig, opted by unanimous Adopted January 10, 1955 resolution having been read by the Clerk,• it was moved by seconded by Councilman Davis that the said resolution be ad- v ote of all Members of the Council, present: RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on Monday of each week, at 8 o'clock P.M., commencing Monday, January 17, 1955, and on each Monday thereafter, provided that if any Monday shall be a legal holiday the meeting otherwise to be held on such Monday shall be held on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday, and provided further that the City Council may cancel any regular meeting by action taken at the next preceding regular meeting of the Council. RESOLUTION - NO. 9 On motion ing resolution Adopted January 17, 1955 of Councilman Bolmgren, seconded by Councilman Jorvig, the follow - was adopted by unanimous vote of all Members of the Council present: RESOLUTION RESOLVED, that the resignation of Joseph Justad be accepted, and the office of,Councilman held by him be declared vacant.
