HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-21 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1986/02/03REPLACEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 86-21 RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL FOR FINAL PLAT OF BELT LINE BUSINESS PARK BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of St. Louis Park: Findings 1. Frantz Klodt, and Son, Inc., owners and subdividers of the land proposed to be platted as Belt Line Business Park have submitted an application for approval of final platofsaidsubdivisioninthemannerrequiredforplattingoflandundertheSt. Louis ParkOrdinanceCode, and all proceedings have been duly had thereunder. 2. The proposed final plat has been found to be in all respects consistent withtheCityPlanandtheregulationsandrequirementsofthelawsoftheStateofMinnesotaandtheordinancesoftheCityofSt. Louis Park. 3. The proposed plat is situated upon the following described lands in HennepinCounty, Minnesota, to -wit: That part of the West Half of Section 6, Township 28, Range 24, lying northerlyofBeltLineIndustrialParkandBeltLineIndustrialPark2ndAddition, accordingtotherecordedplatsthereofandlyingeasterlyoftheeasterlyright-of-waylineofStateHighwayNo. 100 and southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the center of said Section 6; thence on an assumed bearing of North 1 degree 14 minutes 46 seconds East along theeastlineofsaidWestHalf822.58 feet to the point of beginningofsaidline; thence South 65 degrees 20 minutes 12 seconds West 2566.30 feet to the intersection with the centerline of Stat HighwayNo. 100 and said line there terminating. ALSO That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 28, Range 24 lyingsoutherlyofthefirstdescribedlinedescribedasfollows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 1 degree 14 minutes 46secondsEast, along the west line said Northeast Quarter 822.58 feet to the point of beginning at said first line; thence northeasterly272.51 feet along a nontangential curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 2926.07 feet and a central angle of 5 degrees20minutes10seconds, the chord of said curve bears North 73degrees54minutes17secondsEast; thence North 70 degrees 40 minutes 22 seconds East, tangent to last described curve, 904.07feet; thence northeasterly 831.23 feet along a tengential curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 2507.46 feet and a central angle of 18 dgrees 59 minutes 38 seconds; thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 59 seconds East, tangent to last described curve, 340.32 feet; thence easterly 395.11 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 2015.74 feet and a central angle of 11 degrees 13 minutes 51 seconds to the intersection with the east line of said Northeast Quarter and said first line thereterminating. And north of. the second described line described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 6; thence on an assumed bearing of South 88 degrees 47 minutes 27 seconds East along the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 618.28 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 30 degrees 44 minutes 36 seconds East 1185.78 feet; thence South 59 degrees 15 minutes 24 seconds East 40.00 feet; thence northeasterly 572.29 feet along a nontangential curve concave to the southeast, having a radius of 1286.71 feet and a central angle of 25 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds, the chord of said curve bears North 43 degrees 29 minutes 06 seconds East; thence North 56 degrees 13 minutes 36 second East, tangent to last described curve, 49.40 feet; thence northeasterly 1177.25 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius 9582.80 feet and a central angle of 7 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds; thence North 26 degrees 44 minutes 04 seconds West, not tangent to last described curve, 50.00 feet; thence northeasterly 1206.77 feet along a nontangential curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 9632.80 feet and a central angle of 7 degrees 10 minutes 40 second, the chord of said curve bears North 66 degrees 51 minutes 16 seconds East; thence North 70 degrees 26 minutes 36 second East, tangent to last described curve, 237.52 feet to the intersection with the east line of said Section 6 and said second line there terminating. Conclusion 1. The proposed final plat of Belt Line Business Park is hereby approved and accepted by the City as being in accord and conformity with all ordinances, City plans and regulations of the City of St. Louis Park and the laws of the State of Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: 1) All utilities including but not limited to gas, electric, telephone, sewer, water, and cable t.v. be placed underground, and that a utility easemnt at least 10 feet wide on each side of the lot line between Lots 3 and 4, Block 1 be included. 2) The subdivider execute a subdivision contract providing for the installation of the requirement improvements including a provision for the east -west street pavement containing a width of 30 feet. provided, however, that this approval is made subject to Certification by the City Clerk as provided for in Section 14-303(3)(e) of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to supply two certified copies of thisResolutiontotheabove-named owner and subdivider, who is the applicant herein. 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute all contractsrequiredherein, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to execute the certificate ofapprovalonbehalfoftheCityCounciluponthesaidplatwhenalloftheconditionssetforthinParagraphNo. 1 above and Section 14-303(3Xe) of the St. Louis Park OrdinanceCodehavebeenfulfilled. 4. Such execution of the certificate upon said plat by the City Clerk, as requiredunderSection14-303(3Xe), shall be conclusive showing of proper compliance therewith bythesubdividerandCityofficialschargedwithdutiesabove-described and shall entitlesuchplattobeplacedonrecordforthwithwithoutfurtherformality.
