LOUIS ,PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING TO ALLOW -THE CONSTRUCTION OF A,., 167 -UNIT RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY ZONED PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT 7400 ' HIGHWAY 7 FINDINGS WHEREAS, Park Properties, a Minnesota Partnership (Dominium, Group Incorporated) has made, application to -the City Council for, a special permit under Section. 14-124.101 and 14-210.2 F of - the St,. Louis , Park Ordinance- Code to allow the -construction , of .a 167 - unit residential -apartment development-af 7400' Highway 7 within a PUD,41anned Unit Development District having the following legal description: Lots -1, 2 &, 3k Auditor's Subdivision 327• including vacated street and alley Lots 1, 2, 3, and 40 to- 48 'inclusive,1 Hlock, 316, rearrangement of St. Louis Park including vasa};ted alley -land part. of Lot 6, 'Block 32-3, 'rearrangement oU St. Louis Park: _ Described as'commeneing,at.-the southeast corner of Lott 10,� then southerly along westerly line -of -Lot 6',, to nor-therly line of State Highway�No., 7 them northeasterly along northerly line f said ° Highway to a point in , a line -parallel with and 40 feet westerly from, easterly line, -of Lot 6 then northerly along, said- parallel line to the intersection with south line of Lot 10 extended east' then' west to, beginning. (Abstract) WHEREAS, the City Council„has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 85 -20 -SP and 85 -83 -SP) and the effect of -the proposed 167 -unit residential' apartment development, on the health; "safety, and welfare of the occupants„of• the surroundin'g,-lands;, existing and anticipated traffic conditions, ,the,'.effect on values of properties in the surrounding area and' the' effect of the use on the Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, _.a special permit was "issued ,regarding the subject property, pursuant to Resolution. No. ' 85 '`66 of the St.. Louis Park City Council dated May, °20, 1985 which contained conditions; applicable to said property; and WHEREAS,, due to ,changed,'circumstances, amendments to those conditions are now necessary, requiring- the amendment of that, -special permit; and WHEREAS, -it-is the intent of this resolution to continue and restate the, ..conditions of the permit granted by Resolution`No. 85-66., to add the_amendments now required, and to consolidate all conditions applicable 'to the subject .property im this resolution;
