RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON RENOVATION OF
LIFT STATION - 32ND AND OREGON
CITY PROJECT NO. 82-02 CONRACT NO. 1673
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated May 6, 1985, Richmar
Construction, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the improvements for the
renovation of lift station work specified in Contract No. 1673.
2. The Directors of Public Works has filed their recommendations for
final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The
City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
