RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
WATERMAIN LOOPING
CITY PROJECT NO. 85-28 - CONTRACT NO. 1701
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated October 10, 1985, 0
P Contracting, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the improvements for
watermain looping work specified in Contract No. 1701.
2. The Directors of Public Works has filed their recommendations for
final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The
City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
