HomeMy WebLinkAbout2479-15 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 2015/10/19ORDINANCE NO. 2479-15 ORDINANCE ADOPTING FEES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2016 THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. LOUIS PARK ORDAINS: Section 1. Fees called for within individual provisions of the City Code are hereby set by this ordinance for calendar year 2016. Section 2. The Fee Schedule as listed below shall be included as Appendix A of the City Code and shall replace those fees adopted October 20, 2014 by Ordinance No. 2455-14 for the calendar year 2015 which is hereby rescinded. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES Chapter 4 — Animal Regulations Chapter 6 — Buildings & Building Regulations Chapter 6, Article V — Property Maintenance Code Chapter 8 — Business and Business Licenses Chapter 12 — Environment Chapter 12, Section 1 — Environment & Public Health Regulations Adopted by Reference Chapter 12, Section 157 — Illicit Discharge and Connection Chapter 12, Section 159 — Wetland Protection Chapter 14 — Fire and Fire Prevention Chapter 14, Section 75 — Open burning without permit Chapter 20 — Parks and Recreation Chapter 22 — Solid Waste Management Chapter 22, Section 35b — Contagious Disease Refuse Chapter 24 — Streets, Sidewalks & Public Places Chapter 24, Section 24-43 — Household Trash & Recycling Containers blocking public way Chapter 24, Section 50 — Public Property: Defacing or injuring Chapter 24, Section 51 — Sweeping leaves/snow into street prohibited Chapter 24, Section 151 — Work in public right-of-way without a permit Chapter 26 — Subdivision Violation of a condition associated with a Subdivision approval. Chapter 32 — Utilities Chapter 36 — Zoning Chapter 36, Section 37 — Conducting a Land Use not permitted in the zoning district Violation of a condition associated with a Conditional Use Permit, Planned Unit Development, or Special Permit approval Repeat Violations within 24 Months Double the amount of the fine imposed for the previous violation, up to a maximum of $2,000. For example, if there were four occurrences of a violation that carried a $50 fine, the fine for the fourth occurrence would be $400 (fust: $50; second: $100; third: $200; fourth: $400).
