LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1. Chapter 36 is amended to add the following: ARTICLE V. Signs which qualify for any adjustment permitted under this section shall conform to all other sections of this chapter. (4) In the C-1, G2, O, BP, M -X, PUD, I -G and I -P districts, the total area of all wall signs on a building which meets the following outlined conditions shall not be included in calculating the aggregate sign area on a lot: a.
