ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 36 -268 -PUD 3 RELATING TO
A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
7905 WAYZATA BLVD
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Findings
Sec. 1. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning
Commission (Case No. 15 -29 -CP, 15-30-S and 15 -31 -PUD).
Sec. 2. The Comprehensive Plan designates this property as RM — Medium Density
Residential.
Sec. 3. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning
Commission (Case No. 16 -33 -PUD) for amending Ordinance 2481-15 to revise the legal
description and modify the plat north boundary line.
Sec. 4. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Sections 36 -268 -PUD 3 are hereby amended
by adding underscored language. Section breaks are represented by***.

a. Rooftop or building mounted systems
1. Roof or building mounted solar systems shall not exceed the maximum
allowed height in the PUD zoning district.
b. Ground or accessory structure mounted solar systems
1. The height of a ground or accessory structure mounted solar system.
measured when oriented at maximum design tilt, shall not exceed 15 feet.
2. Ground or accessory structure mounted solar systems shall have a minimum
setback of 7 feet from the south property line 46 feet from the west property

line and shall be subject to the principal building setbacks along the north
and east property lines.
Sec. 5. The contents of Planning Case File 16-31-S and 16 -33 -PUD are hereby entered into
and made part of the public hearing record and the record of decision for this case.
Sec. 6. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.

line and allow solar panel installa-
tions above carports in the park-
ing lot for property located at 7905
Wayzata Boulevard.
This ordinance shall take effect
15 days after publication.
