LOUIS PARK — NOVEMBER 7, 2017 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION WHEREAS, pursuant to City Charter Section 4.07, the City Council shall meet and canvass election returns within ten days of any election and shall declare the results as soon as possible; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 205.185 sub. 3 states the canvassing of municipal general election results must be conducted between the third and tenth days after an election; and WHEREAS, the results prepared and certified to by the election judges have been presented in summary form to the City Council for inspection, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council as follows: 1.
