HomeMy WebLinkAbout17-110 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2017/06/19RESOLUTION NO. 17-110 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTING THE WORK ON CONNECT THE PARK SIDEWALK PROJECT CITY PROJECT NO. 4015-2000 CONTRACT NO. 49-15 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated May 4, 2015, Sunram Construction, Inc. has satisfactorily completed Project 4015-2000 Connect the Park, as per Contract No. 49- 15. 2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $973,405.51. City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $50,828.11 on the ract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. by the City Council June 19, 2017 Thomas K.
