HomeMy WebLinkAbout17-007 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2017/01/03RESOLUTION NO. 17-007 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE CONCRETE REPLACEMENT PROJECT CITY PROJECT NO. 4015-0003 CONTRACT NO. 143-15 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated October 19, 2015 Concrete Idea, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the annual concrete replacement project, as per Contract No. 143- 15. 2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $147,960.50. 4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $7,398.03 on the -contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. Review d r Administration: Thom s K.
