HomeMy WebLinkAbout17-006 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2017/01/03RESOLUTION NO. 17-006 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTING WORK FOR THE SANITARY SEWER — MAINLINE REHABILITATION PROJECT CITY PROJECT NO. 4016-3000 CONTRACT NO. 79-16 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 18, 2016, Visu-Sewer, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the annual Sanitary Sewer Mainline Rehabilitation Project, as per Contract No. 79-16. 2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $249,693.50. 4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $30,195.29 on the / �ontract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
