HomeMy WebLinkAbout16-152 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2016/12/05RESOLUTION NO. 16-152 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT f AND ACCEPTING WORK FOR THE 1 2015 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT CITY PROJECT NO. 4015-1003 CONTRACT NO. 34-15 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 6, 2015, Park Construction has satisfactorily completed the 2015 Pavement Management Project — Area 3, as per Contract No. 34-15. 2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $2,616,955.82. 4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $92,987.46 on this --\ contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
