Home My WebLink About22-175 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2022/11/21Resolution No. 22-175 Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 21-076 and exempting streets from the snowfall parking restrictions Whereas, the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota established a list of streets exempt from the snowfall parking ban through section 30-158 of the city code; and, Whereas, existing parking restrictions must be followed during a snow emergency; and, Whereas, to keep the snowfall parking exemption list updated, edits must be made to account for new or removed streets, street names, parking restrictions, higher density residences, or other circumstances; and, Now therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, Resolution No. 21-076 be rescinded. It is further resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, that the engineering director is hereby authorized to do the following: 1. Exempt the streets set forth on Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein by reference from the snowfall parking ban pursuant to Section 30-158 of the City Code.
