HomeMy WebLinkAbout22-023 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2022/02/07Resolution No. 22-023 Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work for the Historic Walker Lake Phase 2 improvement project City Project No. 4018-1050 Contract No. 67-20 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated June 1, 2020, Eureka Construction Inc. has satisfactorily completed the Historic Walker Lake Phase 2 improvement project, as per Contract No. 67-20. 2. The engineering director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $2,495,229.42. 4. The city manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $131,287.46 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
