HomeMy WebLinkAbout22-004 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2022/01/03Resolution No. 22-004 Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work for the 2020 Pavement Management Project City Project No. 4020-1000 Contract No. 32-20 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the city dated March 16, 2020, GMH Asphalt Corporation has satisfactorily completed the 2020 Pavement Management Project, as per Contract No. 32-20. 2. The engineering director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $4,966,717.01. 4. The city manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $80,206.36 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
