1. Call to order
2. Roll call
Commissioners Gerald Quilling, Beth Corgan-Porth, and Joel Brand were
•
present at 7:00pm, as were Mark Hammerstrom of Paragon Cable, John
•
McHugh and Reg Dunlap of City staff. Commissioner Bruce Browning arrived •
at 7:20pm. Excused absences: Joanne Murphy, Mike Ganyo. Unexcused •
absences: Dobie Hunegs, Robert Bellingham.
There were three voting commissioners available plus the School
District •
alternate, so there was not a quorum for a regular meeting. Mr. Hammerstrom
•
gave a brief version of his presentation on the fiber optic cable construction
and •
the formula for figuring basic rates.
Chairman Browning notified the Commission that Joanne Murphy and Robert •
Bellingham had resigned effective immediately, so the Council must be informed
•
of the need for replacements. Commissioners Quilling and Browning were both •
interested in addressing the Council regarding criteria for the appointees.
Mr. •
Dunlap said he would ask the City Manager to allow this to occur at the February
•
12 Council study session.
å • Æ Æ The next regular Commission meeting is February 13 •
at 7:00pm in the Third Floor Conference Room.
The informal discussion broke up at 9:00pm.
