Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work
for the 2021 Street Maintenance (Area 5) project
City project No. 4021-1200
Contract No. 37-21
Now therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the city dated February 16, 2021, Bituminous
Roadways, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the 2021 Street Maintenance project (area
5), as per contract No. 37-21.
2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the
work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract
cost is $585,933.02.
4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
