AGENDA
The St. Louis Park Planning Commission study session will not be at city hall, rather it will be
held at remote locations. The city will follow COVID-19 protocols set forth by the Center of
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). The
commission will tour two recent developments at the following locations :
1.P lanning commiss ioners’ tour of The Elmwood and The Quentin developments
a.The Elmwood, 5605 36th Street West, at 6:00 p.m.
b.The Quentin, 4900 Cedar Lake Road, at approximately 7:00 p.m.
2.Adjourn, at approximately 8:00 p.m.

1 Planning commissioners’ tour of The Elmwood and The Quentin developments
Location: 5605 36th St. W. and 4900 Cedar Lake Rd.

motions:
No action at this time.
Background: Periodically , the planning commission tours recently developed properties to
observe the final product of applications it has reviewed. These tours offer commissioners a
chance to observe the buildings and site design elements, ask questions about the
development, receive feedback about the process or zoning regulations from the building
owners, developers or property managers providing the tour. Commissioners will also have an
opportunity to provide feedback to city staff at this or future meetings. Handouts may be
provided during the tour.
Commissioners will meet at each site and travel separately due to COVID-19. If commissioners
need transportation, please contact staff in advance and we will arrange for carpooling.
First stop:
The Elmwood, located at 5605 36th Street West. Please arrive by 6 p.m. on Wednesday,
September 22. Gather at the front entrance on the north side of the building along 36th St. W.
Immediately following the tour, commissioners will travel separately to the next stop.
Last stop:
The Quentin, located at 4900 Cedar Lake Road. Please gather at the front entrance on the south
east side of the building. We plan to begin the tour at 7:00 p.m., or earlier if all commissioners
and staff have arrived.
