HomeMy WebLinkAbout20-177 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2020/12/07Resolution No. 20-177 Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work for the Cedar Lake Road Reconstruction Project City Project No. 4019-1100 Contract No. 76-19 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the city dated April 1, 2019, Valley Paving, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the Cedar Lake Road reconstruction project per Contract No. 76-19. 2. The engineering director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $ 9,024,931.89. 4. The city manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $92,869.72 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
