Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work
for the 2018 Pavement Management Project
City Project No. 4018-1000
Contract No. 47-18
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 2, 2018, Northdale Construction
Company has satisfactorily completed the 2018 Pavement Management Project, as per
Contract No. 47-18.
2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract
cost is $4,930,617.79.
4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $67,109.65 on this
contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
