AN ORDINANCE CREATING
A NEW PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT ZONING
DISTRICT 4051 HIGHWAY
7 AND 3917, 3921, 4000,
4008,4012,4020,4100,
4108,4105,4117,4125
31ST STREET WEST.
This ordinance states that the
zoning map shall be amended for
the properties at 4051 Highway
7 from C-2 General Commercial
and 3917, 3921, 4000, 4008, 4012,
4020, 4100, 4108, 4105, 4117,
4125 31st Street West from R4 Mul-
tiple-Family Residential to PUD 15;
and the Zoning Code Section 36-
268 will be amended to add Sec-
tion 36-268-PUD 15.
This ordinance shall take effect
upon Metropolitan Council autho-
rization of the associated compre-
hensive plan amendment adopted
by City Council Resolution 20-013
and not sooner than February 28,
2020.
