Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work for
the 2019 random concrete repairs project
City Project No. 4019-0003
Contract No. 60-19
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated Feb. 19, 2019, Universal Services, Inc.
has satisfactorily completed the 2019 random concrete repairs project, as per Contract No.
60-19.
2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost
is $189,959.51.
4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $9,497.98 on this
contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
