HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-082 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2019/08/05Resolution No. 19-082 Resolution authorizing final payment and accepting work for the Carpenter Park Regional Stormwater Improvement Project City Project No. 4014-4001 Contract No. 72-17 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated May 15, 2017, Peterson Companies has satisfactorily completed the Carpenter Park Regional Stormwater Improvement Project , as per Contract No. 72-17. 2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $1,859,429.76. 4. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $1,200.00 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
