HomeMy WebLinkAbout18-207 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2018/05/07RESOLUTION NO. 18-207 A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NOS. 93-183, 94-103, 94-180, 02-084, 06- 025, 06-042, 11-033, and 11-132 RELATING TO THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) FOR PROPERTY ZONED C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF EXCELSIOR BOULEVARD AND HIGHWAY 100 WHEREAS, on March 19, 2018, Tower Place LLC filed an application seeking a major amendment to the Final Planned Unit Development (PUD), which requires zoning map and zoning text amendments to create a new PUD that replaces the existing resolutions regulating the Tower Place development; and WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing on the PUD was mailed to all owners of property within 350 feet of the subject property; and WHEREAS, on April 18, 2018, the Planning Commission held a public hearing, reviewed the application, and on a vote of 7-0 recommended approval of the PUD; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the staff report on the proposed amendment including comments and exhibits; CONCLUSION NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution Nos. 93-183, 94-103, 94- 180, 02-084, 06-025, 06-042, 11-033, and 11-132 are hereby rescinded, subject to city council adoption of the Park Village PUD ordinance, and shall not take effect until said ordinan ce takes effect on June 15, 2018.
