a. Annual Referendum Levy Payment to ISD #283
It was moved by Commissioner Dorfman, seconded by Commissioner Latz, to approve payment
of $436,111.81 to Independent School District #283 representing tax increment proceeds
generated in 1997 in the Excelsior Boulevard and Oak Park Village Tax Increment Finance
Districts as a result of the School District's Referendum Levy Authority.
The motion passed 6-0.
8. Communications and Bills
a. Vendor Claims
Commissioner Dorfman wanted to confirm that the Elmwood Soil Remediation was complete.
Mr. Meyer was uncertain if all payments were made, but was certain that all work had been
completed. Commissioner Brimeyer requested the total cost of the project. Mr. Meyer will
research and provide information regarding the total cost.
It was moved by Commissioner Dorfman, seconded by Commissioner Brimeyer, to approve and
authorize payment of the vendor claims.
The motion passed 6-0.
9. Adjournment
It was moved by Commissioner Sanger, seconded by Commissioner Latz, to adjourn the meeting
at 7:25 p.m. The motion passed 6-0. /
