ORDINANCE NO. 2558-19
AN ORDINANCE
RELATING TO PARKING
LIGHTING STANDARDS
This ordinance amends light-
ing standards for parking lots and
parking structures (City Code Sec-
tion 36-362). The amendments in-
crease the average horizontal light-
ing levels allowed during business
hours in order to provide for safe
and effective lighting for all parking
users, and reduce the average hor-
izontal lighting levels allowed after
business hours to maintain security
lighting that is respectful of neigh-
boring properties.
A copy of the full text of this or-
dinance is available for inspection
with the City Clerk.
This ordinance shall take effect
15 days after publication.
