HomeMy WebLinkAbout13-018 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2013/02/11RESOLUTION NO. 13-018 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WEST METRO HOME REMODELING FAIR'S APPLICATION FOR THE PLACEMENT OF TEMPORARY SIGNS WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEREAS, The West Metro Home Remodeling Fair made application for the placement of 20 temporary signs within the public right-of-way; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 36-362(e)(2) of the St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance, the City Council may approve the placement of temporary signs within the public right-of-way for a period 'not to exceed 10 days; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, that the City Council approves the West Metro Home Remodeling Fair's application for the placement of 20 temporary signs within the public right-of-way beginning February 14, 2013, and to be removed by the end of the day, February 24, 2013. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the size and placement of the 20 signs are aper' :. s shown on the attached sign plan (Exhibit A).
