HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-196 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2015/12/07RESOLUTION NO. 15-196 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE CONCRETE REPLACEMENT PROJECT CITY PROJECT NO. 4014-0003 CONTRACT NO. 103-14 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a wntten contract with the City dated September 2, 2014, Standard Sidewalk, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the annual concrete replacement project, as per Contract No. 103-14. 2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $198,123.55. The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $9,906.18 on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
