RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
AND ACCEPTINGTHE WORK ON
CONNECT THE PARK!
CITY PROJECT NO. 4014-2000
CONTRACT NO. 73=14
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by 'the City Council of the City of St. Louis
Park, Minnesota,'as follows: _-
1. Pursuant to a written contract withrthe City dated July 7, 2014, G.L. Contracting, Inc. has
satisfactorily completed Project 4014-2000 Connect the Park!, as per Contract -No. 73-14
2. The Engineering Director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the
work. _
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract
cost is $1,041,754.07.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $26,463.12 on the
contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
