HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-174 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2012/12/03RESOLUTION NO. 12-174 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,156.50 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE FLOOR COATINGS FOR FIRE STATION NO. 2 WITH TWIN CITY TILE & MARBLE COMPANY CITY PROJECT NO. 2008--3002 CONTRACT NO. 55-11 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated Apnl 12, 2011, Twin City Tile & Marble Company has satisfactorily completed Work Scope 17 (Floor Coatings) for Fire Stations No. 2, as per Contract No. 57-11. 2. The Construction Manager Kraus -Anderson Construction Company recommends final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
