HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-090 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2012/07/16RESOLUTION NO. 12-090 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,282.06 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE TAFT STORM WATER LIFT STATION PROJECT WITH NORTHDALE CONSTRUCTION CITY PROJECT NO. 2007-2400 CONTRACT NO. 139-11 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a wntten contract with the City dated September 6, 2011, Northdale Construction Company, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the Taft Storm Water Lift Station Project, as per Contract No. 139-11. 2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
