Stat. 204B.21, subd. 2 under direction of the Election Manager to serve as .. embers of the St. Louis Park Absentee Ballot Board; and IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is with this, authorized to make any stitutic\ s or additions as deemed necessary.
