Stat. 204B.21, subd. 2 under direction of the Election Manager to serve as members of the St. Louis Park Absentee Ballot Board; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is with this, authorized to make any substitu ions or additions as deemed necessary.
