CITY PROJECT NO. 2009-2101 CONTRACT NO. 86-09 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated July 6, 2009, Valley Paving, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the Traffic Signal — W. 36th Street at Park Center Boulevard contract, as per Contract No. 86-09. 2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
