RESOLUTION NO. 09-118
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED 2010 TAX LEVY,
APPROVING PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR 2010, AND SETTING PUBLIC HEARING
DATE FOR PROPOSED BUDGET AND PROPERTY TAX LEVY
WHEREAS, The City of St. Louis Park is required by Charter and State law to approve a
resolution setting forth an annual tax levy to the Hennepin County Auditor; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require approval of a proposed property tax levy and a
preliminary budget on or before September 15th of each year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the proposed budget document;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis
Park, that the preliminary 2010 budget shall be as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Hearing required by Truth in Taxation
legislation will be held on December 7, 2009; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for collection in 2010
upon the taxable property in said City of St. Louis Park for the following purposes:
