HomeMy WebLinkAbout08-099 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2008/08/04RESOLUTION NO. 08-099 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON THE FORD ROAD LIFT STATION REHABILITATION CITY PROJECT NO. 2005-1200 CONTRACT NO. 15-07 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated February 20, 2007, Gridor Construction, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the Ford Road Lift Station Rehabilitation project, as per Contract No. 15-07. 2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
