HomeMy WebLinkAbout08-016 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2008/02/19RESOLUTION NO. 08-016 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON CITY HALL ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION CITY PROJECT NO. 2008-1200 CONTRACT NO. 57-07 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated May 21, 2007, All City Elevator Inc. has satisfactorily completed the replacement of the City Hall Elevator, as per Contract No. 57- 07. 2. The Facilities Maintenance Superintendent has filed his recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract.
